This shower head and filter is more affordable then others and it works great, it has made our water fill so much softer and cleaner, the best part is that my wife has issues with very dry skin that cracks and is very discomforting and it has made her skin soft and more youthful we love it!!!!!

Replacement filters
Do I have to purchase a new shower head when I need to replace the filter. I can’t find a place to contact customer service to ask.

Excellent feeling while and after showering.
It really feels great with this shower head. My hair is softer also, my grandchildren actually mentioned it to me. I ordered extra filters but they didn't come in with my 2 shower heads. My skin is more hydrated for I'm diabetic and it's always dry. I have family members who are going to order some also now. Need those extra shower filters for my beach house, when everyone is taking a shower after swimming.
