1x Showerhead + 2x FREE PureFilter

Do I have to purchase a new shower head when I need to replace the filter. I can’t find a place to contact customer service to ask.

It really feels great with this shower head. My hair is softer also, my grandchildren actually mentioned it to me. I ordered extra filters but they didn't come in with my 2 shower heads. My skin is more hydrated for I'm diabetic and it's always dry. I have family members who are going to order some also now. Need those extra shower filters for my beach house, when everyone is taking a shower after swimming.

It works great. website could have been a little clearer on how to install and what other items are required for installation.
