The "Widest Part" Rule (Crucial): This vest is a straight cut (unisex)—it does not curve out at the hips.

Check the Length column. If the vest is long enough to cover your hips, you must ensure the bottom of the vest is wide enough to zip closed.
Check the Hem: Take the "Hem (Flat Width)" number below and multiply by 2. Ensure this total is larger than your hip measurement.
Example: If your hips are 44", do not buy Size 38 (Hem 16.9" x 2 = 33.8"). You would need Size 44 or Size 46 to zip comfortably.

For Layering: If you plan to wear thick hoodies or heavy sweaters under the vest, or if you simply prefer a fit that is not too tight (a little bit loose), move one size up from the chart recommendation.

How do I wash the vest?

It is machine washable! Simply unplug the battery and zip the pocket closed. Wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash with cold water. Important: Do not wring it out or twist it, as this can damage the heating wires. Simply hang it up to air dry.

Is the vest safe to wear with a pacemaker?

While our 5V system is very low voltage and generally considered safe, we always recommend consulting with your physician regarding any wearable electronics if you have a pacemaker or other medical device.

How long does the battery actually last?

With our upgraded 10,000mAh battery, you can expect up to 10-12 hours of warmth on the Low setting, and 6-8 hours on the High setting. This is significantly longer than many competitors.

Can I wash the vest?

Yes! Simply remove the battery pack, zip the pocket closed, and wash on a gentle cycle (in a laundry bag is best) with cold water. Hang dry only—do not put it in the dryer.

Is the vest heavy?

Not at all. We use lightweight Nylon and Polyester materials. The battery fits snugly in a dedicated pocket near the waist so the weight is distributed evenly, ensuring you don’t feel weighed down.
